- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I came in on Saturday morning and they got to me rather quickly. It was the third day of their new 3 step process and I have to say, they were handling the new system quite well! - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I usually like these guys a lot, but IT IS LABOR DAY MONDAY AND THEY DECIDED TO TAKE A DAY OFF SATURDAY SEPT 2nd, and not even let people know online or on their messaging service! (I took time out of my busy day went there today Sept 2nd and it isn't close, it was a HUGE waste of my day!)There was a line of people on Saturday and all they saw was the note on the door that said they were closed Sept 2nd for the Holiday Monday... they need to LET PEOPLE KNOW!!! Someone needs to get on the ball here! There are at least 2 different ways they can let people know (website and message on phone)Please people, let us know!By Heidi sebastion, December 15, 2016
