- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lately, I have been receiving packages that belong to others, and a week ago my package didn't arrive. The woman I spoke with about this told me that she "couldn't believe that my package was not with me" because the status of the package was "delivered". When I told her that often times I receive the mail of others, she told me that it was "not possible that the package was delivered anywhere else" because of various reasons. She was unhelpful, basically told me I was a liar, and that I couldn't do anything about it! (Fast forward to a week later when the package arrives on my doorstep ripped open and returned by a neighbor). I am so disappointed by how this was handled.By RANDI GORR, May 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a patron of this post office for 30 years and have always received great service until today. The 'supervisor' Ms Teri R. had no interest and was completely incompetent in helping me locate my lost package. She said she couldn't find it in their system despite the fact I gave her my original receipts with the tracking numbers and a print out of the tracking status from the USPS website. The package is in a postal facility in Atlanta and she said she has no way to call or contact them. Really? We deserve better service than that!By Brad Hagen, December 15, 2016
