  We used to get our mail every day before 2 P.M. The mail person used their own vehicle. For the past 3-4 weeks looks like a mail track delivering our mail, and we're lucky to see it by 6 P.M.! It's now 8:15 and STILL no mail!!! What is going on??? I'm one irate customer. Used to be 4 to 5 star service. Now it's a 2 at the best.

  I agree. A bunch of high paid government idiots. In two months time I am missing six (6) going on seven (7) Packages. A man came to my door last week to deliver a package that belonged to me. He found it bundled together with other mail to be delivered to portage green residence in the Safeway parking lot on Olympic. I immediately called the post office who pretty much sluffed me off . The next night I had a neighbor bring a package that belonged to me to the house. It was in his mailbox. Six packages. That's alot of packages to be missing . I plan to report this to the post master general.

  Of all the post offices in all the towns and states I have lived in this one is the most incompetent. I have lived here less than a year and in that time they have either lost, stolen, otherwise misplaced or misdelivered three packages of mine. It always goes the same: they mark a package as delivered but lo and behold is delivered? No. They refuse to follow specific delivery instructions and get angry on the phone when you try and tell them what happens. I live within walking distance of the damn place and they STILL can't get my bloody mail delivered correctly. I have decided to just send all my packages to my sister's in Seattle from now on because at least they don't steal or lose her packages and I would rather drive for an hour than lose $100 in merchandise.

  I'd give you a zero if I could. Yelling at a customer to get out because you didn't leave them a notice slip about their package after you decided to return it to the sender while refusing to help them find out the error is absolutely unacceptable. I plan to go in and file a complaint with the post office I have never had a more unpleasant customer service interaction in my life.
